Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it.We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead efforts to grow the Apple-branded Accessories and Audio categories in South Europe with new and existing reseller partners.

Working in close collaboration with Carrier and Reseller Sales teams across the 6 South countries, you will partner with AEs, Account Leads and country mangers to build deeper partnerships with resellers, accelerate sell-through, and ensure Apple customers have access to the essential branded accessories and audio products they need to unlock the value of hero devices.

To support this effort, you will also work closely with the demand planning, operations, finance, legal, and marketing organizations both in EMEIA and Worldwide to define the holistic strategy, design unique offers and incentive programs, expand channels, develop essential channel assets, manage supply availability, and ensure the successful launch of new products.

You are entrepreneurial and seek to wear many hats, enthusiastically pursuing new and unique projects as the team grows and evolves.

Key Qualifications :

In depth experience in customer-facing sales, business development, or related rolesExperience in retail / telco sales preferredExceptional ability to deliver strategic and nuanced sales messagesExcellence in understanding and overcoming challenging objectionsProven experience managing customer relationshipsStrong presentation skills and executive-level presenceOutstanding organization skills and ability to prioritise Ability to architect new cross-functional business processes to ensure timely resultsOutstanding analytical skills and ability to quickly understand and augment complex analyses (incl.

proficiency with Excel).Be able to synthesize data into knowledge & insight and, ultimately, actionStrong written and verbal communication skills (incl.

Description :

You will own the revenue and growth target for Apple Accessories, AirPods & Beats for reseller channels in South Europe You will advocate the vision of Why Apple-branded accessories to carrier and retailer accounts, including selling partners on incremental Apple-branded Accessory opportunitiesYou will build the channel short and medium-term sales strategy for Accessories, AirPods & Beats in South Europe.

Author its design and internally sell its priorities in collaboration with South Europe Hub and Central teams You will handle a pipeline of multiple partners at a time including expansion into new routes to marketDesign, recommend, and negotiate assortments of key accessory SKUs for each partnerArticulate a compelling customer experience including placement and merchandising strategies to partnersPartner with AEs to develop demand generation strategies with resellersNegotiate commercial terms with partners including renewal of Accessory programs Responsible for driving a team of 5 AEs in the execution and governance of WW-lead rebate programs Oversee the drafting of legal agreementsCoordinate with reseller operations and supply-demand management to ensure timely supplyPartner with DF&A and RO to build / review quarterly forecast for all South countries for Accessories, AirPods and Beats Support country teams in all business planning initiatives to ensure solid plans are in place for Accessories, AirPods & Beats Prepare Keynote slides and Excel analyses to support sales initiativesTrack progress and provide regular reports to the senior management teamDedicatedly build relationships within Apple to drive engagement with AccessoriesEnthusiastically pursue opportunities to streamline processes, improve understanding of accessories within Apple, and rapidly grow the business
