About the team :

Our Continuous Integration Tribe is involved in various activities related to Infrastructure as Code delivery and CI / CD pipeline enablement.

We handle the communication middleware services, application integration and framework services.

You will work as Scrum Master for the Communication Integration Services team to help the team achieve its maximum potential.

About the role :

As Scrum Master your mission is to coach the team in reaching high levels of performance.

Responsibilities :

• Help the team recognize areas of strength and improvement
• Encourage the team to take steps toward self-development
• Promote the Agile way of working
• Collaborate to remove impediments for developers
• Work with Agile coaches and Scrum Masters from other teams to improve the Agile processes within the organisation

Requirements :

• Experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow and Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel
• Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
• Outstanding skills in communication, facilitation, negotiation and coaching
• Knowledge of an Agile framework or method (. Scrum), or understanding of software development life cycle models
• Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams
• Bachelor degree and 4 years of product or project development experience or 3 years of project development

Nice to have :

• Demonstrable experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
• In-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
• Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
