Mission
As part of the Business Development Department and under the responsibility of the Business Development Director, the Key Account Manager is accountable for developing and managing the relationships with key accounts in the Hospitality industry.
He / She will contribute to the sales growth of Plato within the hotel sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales with key accounts, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, a strong relationship-building ability and data driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in the hospitality industry, especially in hotel industry
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Develop and deliver sales proposals
- Negotiate and close sales contracts
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track and report on sales performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements
Qualifications and skills required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales with key accounts, preferably in the hospitality industry, especially the hotel industry
- Sales experience in SaaS / Tech products is a plus
- A start-up background is welcome
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solution oriented mindset
- Proficiency in the use of the MEDDIC method is appreciated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a methodical approach
- Data driven
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- English and French fluent. German, Spanish or Italian are a plus.
