Job descriptionYou will work at Edenred's headquarters in the Group DPO team, in close collaboration with the various headquarters' departments and with the Data Protection Correspondents' network working in the Group's subsidiaries.
You will report to the Group Data Protection Officer, based at the headquarters.Within this context, your missions will involve ensuring the data protection compliance of the headquarters, to assist the Group DPO with the support to the subsidiaries in this field.
- IT will notably imply : - Roll-out the Group data protection compliance program to ensure the headquarters' compliance, cover the potential identified gaps and report on the progression's status;
- Draw up and update any data protection documentation (Information notices, Data Processing Agreements, consent forms, policies and procedures, etc.
- and perform privacy impact assessments, legitimate interest assessments and risk analysis, where necessary;- Fill in and maintain up to date the inventory of personal data processing activities (One Trust);
- Support headquarters' departments with the compliance of : - the Group projects deployed in the subsidiaries and present to those subsidiaries the compliance actions to implement regarding their local legislation, if applicable;
- The headquarters' projects (notably with a privacy by design approach) and ensure their compliance over time;- Manage data subjects' requests regarding the exercise of their rights in collaboration with project teams;
- Provide recommendations to subsidiaries in the context of compliance with the protection of personal data;- Support deployment of Group data protection tools (notably One Trust);
- Collaborate with the Group legal department in the drafting of contracts and data protection clauses and give support to the negotiation of Data Processing Agreements with corporate clients and service providers;
- Conduct regular awareness sessions and trainings on data protection;- Participate in the coordination of potential incidents involving personal data in compliance with Group policies and procedures;
- Ensure a regular watch on the evolution of regulations and standards in terms of data protection.Qualifications- Qualified in new technology law and / or certification in personal data protection;
- At least full time four years' experience in a position highly exposed to personal data protection issues in a law firm, an international company, or a Data Protection Authority;
- In-depth knowledge of regulations relating to personal data (in particular the GDPR) and their application;- Interest in technological topics.
- Knowledge of the context and issues related to Edenred's business sector. Experience in the field of payments, new technologies, or in a regulatory environment would BE a plus;
- Flexibility. Ability to manage projects in collaboration with others, and to work in a very international environment with teams with very varied expertise and profiles;
- Strong skills required in written and oral communication, and coordination;- Autonomy and responsiveness. Ability to identify and measure risks, prioritise actions, and make recommendations adapted to the context;
- Results oriented. Ability to facilitate corporate decision-making;- Fluent English (both written and oral) allowing you to interact daily with teams located abroad.
Other languages (particularly those related to the scope of action) highly appreciated.- Potential trips to Europe to BE expected.
