Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a product owner in charge of developing our distribution and rebates collection product. Main tasks and responsibilities :

  • Taking ownership of the product with an end-to-end view including functional and technical aspects of the product.
  • Gaining and sharing an in-depth knowledge of the rebates collection systems (from both a functional and technical standpoint) and understanding funds data structure
  • Gathering requirements from users to continuously improve the tools and liaise with IT
  • Provide expertise and support to the operations team
  • Improving processes and organization directly linked to middle office or more globally to Operations from an End-to-end perspective
  • Improving product specifications and tools in close collaboration with Product Management and IT teams (as part of process optimization recommendations or onboarding of new clients)
  • Being accountable for the product being built . is the one who finally ensures the quality of the product relying on the Squad;

confirmation must be given by stakeholders on Features that can be moved to done (Sprint Review and Feature User Acceptance) and that can be released (Go / No Go meeting).

Education and track record

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, engineering or IT
  • Proven experience in rebates collection systems and processes or in funds operations (you have worked for a fund platform, an asset manager back office, a custodian, .)
  • Solid IT background (SQL,
  • Consulting background is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English
