Candidate Profile
You are preparing a Bac +5 over 24 months.
You are enrolled in an engineering school or university in the fields (Toxicology, Chemistry, HSE, QSE).
You are fluent in English and have an intermediate level of Spanish.
You have a basic knowledge of chemical regulations (REACh, GHS, CLP) and of chemistry. Basic knowledge of toxicology and ecotoxicology.
You are motivated, serious and organized
You have analytical skills, method and rigor.
You are autonomous, versatile and a team player.
Desired work-study schedule : 2 weeks at school and 2 weeks on the job.

Activities
You will be responsible for :
- Ensuring the application and monitoring of TotalEnergies Lubrifiants' internal Product Safety rules within the scope of the global business line, by coordinating action plans with the various players.
- Comply with European regulations and make annual declarations under the Nanoparticles regulation.
- Respond to all requests from Poison Control Centers, official bodies, occupational physicians and customers.
- Manage communication with our customers' HSE contacts, answering all questions relating to the regulatory compliance of our products and drawing up certificates of regulatory compliance.
- Monitor the regulatory requirements of key customers and communicate them to key account managers, market managers and product development managers.
This position interfaces with numerous teams within the TotalEnergies Lubrifiants business line. It provides the link between the Product Safety Department and customers.
It enables you to develop your technical skills in all areas of product regulations and to develop your communication skills.

The Product Safety Department ensures compliance with chemical regulations and anticipates their impact on the global perimeter throughout the product life cycle : from development to end of life.
It ensures that products comply with regulations in the countries where they are marketed, and with customers' Product Safety requirements.
It provides Product Safety data to ensure product development minimizes impact on health and the environment.
