Responsibilities :

• Lead and support analog design work-packages from transistor schematic to GDSII.
• Collaborate closely with project technical leaders to define IC architecture and verification methodology.
• Engage in discussions with customers regarding product architecture and specification definition.
• Drive the architecture definition of analog parts under your responsibility.
• Collaborate with the analog design and layout team to optimize area / power / performance trade-offs.
• Define floorplan strategy in conjunction with the layout team to meet stringent performance requirements.
• Contribute to design and verification methodology at chip and sub-block levels.
• Define test strategy for analog parts under your responsibility and oversee its implementation.
• Participate in the evaluation of fabricated ICs in our measurement lab.
• Lead and animate design reviews.

Qualifications and Experience :

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in chip-level and circuit-level architecture definition, transistor-level design, and verification.
• Comprehensive understanding of analog / mixed-signal IC design flow from transistor schematic to GDSII.
• Experience in mixed-signal IC projects and technical leadership roles.
• Experience in designing high-speed, low-noise, and interference-robust analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Solid knowledge of analog design and simulation tools, particularly Cadence Specter.
• Previous experience in designing and verifying analog functions for Mixed-Signal ICs such as A / D Converters, D / A Converters, and / or RF transceivers is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Cadence design flow.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
