Your missions :

The Global MarketingManager is responsible for developing product value propositions, recommendingmarket positioning and developing the EnsembleTM Marketing strategy.

By analysing market data, consumer insights and understanding customers’ needs,the Global Marketing Manager contributes to feed the R&D innovationpipeline to grab market opportunities.

By monitoring competition activity,he / she ensures keep significative competitive advantage and differentiatepositively on the market.

Real team player, he / she works closely with theGlobal Marketing Communication Manager to strengthen our brand awareness andattractiveness.

His / her contribution also supports business grow with strongconnection with the sales team. The Global Marketing Manager will report to theEnsembleTM Global Managing Director.

Your day-to-day activities :

Marketingstrategy & content

  • Proposeand execute Marketing strategy to drive volumes globally and increase brandawareness / attractiveness
  • DevelopValue Propositions and new product offer. In charge of story telling andmessaging. Connect and work closely with Marketing Communication manager foralignment
  • Partnerwith sales team to understand their and customers’ needs, making sure ourproduct range and Marketing package meet their needs

Analytics& Insights

  • Understandand monitor market data and consumers trends. Feed the teams with market informationand consumer insights. Use it to strengthen our Value Propositions and storytelling
  • Monitorcompetition activity and strategy. Provide competition landscape and identifydifferentiators and / or opportunities for Ensemble Foods
  • Monitorprice level across categories and geographies of alternative proteins and otherdefined sources of proteins
  • Assessmarket players through databases and provide teams with potentials leads toactivate

Innovation& Differentiation

  • Support and feed the R&D innovation pipeline based on market insightsand identified customers / consumers’ needs
  • Ensureour product range keeps to positively differentiate on the market. Be source ofproposals to continue improve our product range
  • Identifypotential partners where it could be some potential business opportunities.

Your profil :

5 years of study Commerce / Marketing, with 8 to 10 years experience in a similar position.

  • Language : Englishfluent, French is a plus
