Redstone Commodity Search are working with a leading investment bank looking to hire a Global Head of Derivative Middle Office Support to join their IT and Operations Services (IOS) Department within the Operations, Premises & Country COOs (OPC) team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Global management of Derivative Middle Office (MO) Support teams across Paris, London, New York, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, including setting objectives, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Organize team meetings and stakeholder forums with FO, MO, BO, IT, and other partners.
• Play an active role in OPC governance, particularly within Capital Markets Operations (CMO) and Middle Office (CMM).
• Partner with Front Office on business development initiatives, new product onboarding, and operational readiness.
• Oversee projects related to process re-engineering, systems implementation, and application enhancements.
• Contribute to department-wide transformation initiatives, embedding innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, reducing risks, and implementing Lean Management tools.
• Ensure global consistency and harmonization of Middle Office processes and procedures.
• Manage and monitor audits, KPIs, and KRIs to mitigate operational risk and ensure robust governance.
• Oversee budget planning and resource management (staff and financials).
