Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate a team of 10 process engineers to achieve robust and lasting results, promoting career development and building a solid succession plan.

Provide technical expertise in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Handle CAPA, derivations, and all continuous improvement links with USP processes at the plant.

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate team performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements :

Minimum of 10 years of experience in cell culture USP, including at least 2 years of team management experience.

Proficiency in CHO cell culture and large-scale production in a GMP environment.

Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills.
