Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Structural Biology and Biologics
My Client, a leading Biotech focusing on developing BioAI solutions for the life science industry is searching for a SENIOR MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER for their team
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with researchers to develop machine-learning methods for computational biology problems.
- Assist in implementing and testing novel research ideas alongside research scientists.
- Design and implement models, tools, and libraries to support research efforts efficiently.
Expertise :
- M.S. / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch, Tensorflow, or Jax.
- Strong programming skills in Python3 or similar languages, with experience in software engineering principles.
- MUST HAVE : experience with (structural) biology data types (can also consider sequence bio experts)
Nice to Have :
- 2-5 years of experience in Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, or Natural Language Processing.
- Knowledge in structural biology or molecular dynamics.
- Published scientific papers in Artificial Intelligence or Bioinformatics domains.
You will join a highly productive team working on BioAI solutions at the forefront of technology,
Position is 2 days onsite in Paris.
Must have current RTW in Paris. No sponsorship given.
