District Manager - Division Agro alimentaire (F&B)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Join Ecolab’s sales team as a District Manager . This sales opportunity is within our industry leading F&B division, which offers a comprehensive chemical product range and solutions to meet the hygiene needs of customers across the Food and Beverage industry.
Under the responsibility of the AVP Food & Beverage France, you will manage the sales of products and services in a specified district area through assigned Account managers and Field Service Specialists.
You will be in charge of developing sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals, managing your resources and leading the team.
What You Will Do :
Lead Safety First in the organization
Lead the commercial opportunities pipe to deliver top line targets of your district
Manage margin to deliver the gross profit plan
Lead services and value delivery to meet customers contract requirements
Promote innovations
Manage a team of 6 people and develop their capabilities
Position Details :
Candidate must reside in the district covering North West of France. Paris, Le Mans, Rennes, Rouen, Caen
Profile & qualifications :
Degree in dairy, food, or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, biology or related field.
5-10 years sales experience in the food and beverage industry.
Management experience.
Organized, Methodical
