Your Role :
- Lead the development of an IT solution, overseeing all project phases including conception, planning, execution, and maintenance.
- Assess project feasibility by identifying client needs, evaluating risks, and drafting detailed project specifications, including timelines, financial, and human resources requirements.
- Organize communication, manage and influence stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate teams, monitor project progress, and ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the final IT product.
Your Profile :
- Proficiency in project management techniques, including the ability to design project specifications and plan activities effectively.
- Experience in project management (ERP, APS, supply chain solutions implementation)
- Experience with task management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and Smartsheet, ensuring efficient resource management and project tracking.
- Mastery of software infrastructures, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of IT solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and in an organized manner, demonstrating expertise in Agile and waterfall methodologies to drive project success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, fostering collaboration and motivation among team members.
- Professional proficiency in English, enabling clear communication with stakeholders and the preparation of comprehensive reports.
- Prince, PMP, others programs or project management certifications

- Remote :
- Junior to intermediate profile : imperative on site (Strasbourg) 2x / week and 3 days remote.
- Experienced profile : idem or full remote (if outside Grand-Est)
- Remuneration : Gross + vacation bonus + profit-sharing bonus (up to 5%) + individual bonus (up to 5%)
- Mobility : Occasional in Western Europe (France, England, Netherlands, Germany, Poland...)
- Health insurance : 65% provided by De Philmain
