You join the Agency & Solutions - Acquisition Strategic Finance team of 12 people. In this team, we work to set up and monitor LBO financing operations and complex acquisitions originating from the ASF front office of large-client banking for the benefit of large French and international companies.

Your daily tasks include :

• Setting up and managing a portfolio of complex LBO structured operations;
• Train and coach junior employees to improve their skills on all operational topics;
• Manage and supervise cross-functional projects and projects within the team;
• Provide technical expertise to the front office during the pre-closing and closing phases of operations;
• Monitor transactions (drawings, waivers, amendments, refunds, etc.);
• Ensure primary settlement as fronting bank.
