Essential Job Responsibilities :
- Support the sourcing manager on administration of :
- Technical tasks
- Process documentation
- Acquiring product pictures and specifications
- Process technical dossiers and obsolescence dossiers
- Maintain parts database in ERP
- Help in research new supply chains for aftermarket products
- Help in answering technical inquiries
Education And Qualifications :
- High School Diploma (BAC-BAC+3) equivalent required from technical school
- 1-2 years' experience in technical support call center or in procurement of mechanical or electrical components and related services
- Experience working in Enterprise Resource Planning System
- Willing to start a technical career in aviation GSE
- Enjoy dynamic and fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to multi task
- Advanced Excel use
- English, French required
