VOTRE MISSIONRole SummaryReporting to the VP Group Commercial Performance, the Sales Data Analyst will BE a member of the Commercial Performance team and will contribute of the following activities : - Consolidate & analyzecommercial data to support EXCOM Business updates and Group Business PipelineReview (BPR) preparation and management- Support to define& implement commercial performance KPIs & dashboard.
Support the tool teamin the development of new features in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)- Support the team inthe update and deployment of the sales / win process.
Essential Responsibilities1. BusinessPipeline Review (BPR) data preparationsto update the commercial information on actual results analysis and activepipeline review to enable Group Business Pipeline Review process.
Consolidation& Analysis of the pipeline 2 times a year2. Supportto define & implement commercial performance KPIs & dashboard- Support to implement acommercial dashboard for the Management team (POWER BI)- Support the sales teammeeting and develop the relevant sales performance KPIs- Perform & analyze aPost-Mortem survey on won & lost opportunities3.
Supportthe tool team in the development of new features in the CRM (CustomerRelationship Management)to design, develop and test all Salesforce or equivalent reporting includingbut not limited to Orders review by BU, region, Business Model, BusinessSegment- Ensure thatdevelopments of new features in the CRM correspond to the needs expressed bythe field (Commercial BUs)4.
Supportthe tool team in the update and deployment of the sales / win process- Contributeto update the process, make IT known and deployed by the BUVOTRE PROFILQualifications / Requirements- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or DataScience or Economics is required, advanced degree preferred.
0 to 1+ years' experience in commercial / sales / marketing / data analysis and tools and process improvement position- Influencing skills.
Ability to build bridgesand relationships with key stakeholders and achieve organizational buy-infrom employees who sit outside of his / her direct team.
Culturally sensitive and adept with extensiveinternational background- Strong logic, analytical skills andstructured mindset are a must- A commitment to learn on the job withboundaryless spirit- High ethical standards demonstrated by theindividual's reputation for high integrity in business.
