The Non-Functional Requirement, End-to-End platform test, Community and coaches (NEC) is an organization which aims to ensure high quality of our cloud deliverables.
The organization has several missions :
Ensure the stability of the Cloud Platform thanks to our system integration team focused on Integration & End to end test of the platform.
Act as an enabler for Quality Improvement of the Cloud Platform (defining the test strategy of the platform, managing various communities, defining new type of tests based on new technologies such as terraform, service now, )
An Incubation team to train / structure / harmonize and improve the quality for various Agile Cloud Platform teams.
Support Cloud teams when it comes to Quality through the whole development life cycle.
Provide services to both the Cloud Platform and potentially application migrating to the cloud around.
Performance testing
Disruption testing (Ransomware rehearsals, Chaos testing framework, DR Validation, Zonal Resiliency Validation, )
Both of the above through coaching, help to implement a testing framework, run campaigns,
We are looking for a Manager of the Disruption and recovery Validation Office team.
Your Main Responsibilities
Chaos area :
Provide and manage an environment to perform chaos testing
Consultancy around chaos testing capabilities for Amadeus (platform, applications, acquisitions, )
Define / Create / Execute / Maintain chaos testing campaign on behalf of platform component or application
Define / Create / Execute / Maintain chaos testing campaign for the cloud platform (Cloud Basis + Middleware + Operational Tooling trains)
Tools used here are Azure Chaos Studio, Litmus and Chaos Toolkit
Zonal Resiliency / Disaster Recovery
Validate the Zonal Resiliency mechanism, Disaster Recovery mechanism.
Perform frequent rehearsals associated to the above.
Ransomware
Project manage & execute regular ransomware campaign on Amadeus ecosystem.
Ensure an accurate cartography of recovery capabilities in case of ransomware attack.
Provide ad-hoc tooling to perform campaigns.
On top of this, the team is going to be supported by principal engineer of NEC organization on those topics.

Moderate budgetary impact on business
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receive guidance from senior manager.
Technical excellence
Timely manage the investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries
Collaborate with other software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure that software systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.
Communication
Ensure timely and appropriate communication to team members regarding company / organization information.
