As a Zuma Chef de Rang, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Zuma experience.  Join our team for the summer season 2025, please note this position is a seasonal contract (CDD).

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Cannes, in the historic Palm Beach. Our luxurious year-round venue plays host to guests attending the many iconic events through-out the year. With a stunning terrace and a multi-format indoor dinning, Zuma Cannes is the go-to location within the South of France. Zuma is proud to be part of the Azumi restaurant collection.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Provide warm, efficient service that enhances guest satisfaction
• Keep the pass area organized and monitor tables to anticipate service needs
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a seamless experience
• Set up the restaurant to standards and follow cleaning routines to maintain a welcoming atmosphere
• Stay informed about the menu and products to confidently assist guests
• Support new team members through training and guidance, helping them deliver exceptional service
