Description du poste :
With the aim of developing the CLIPSO Offer within St-Gobain Ceiling Business Unit (ECOPHON), we are looking for our future Sales Manager.
Reporting to the CLIPSO General Manager, you will work in an international environment (more than 2 / 3 of sales are exported). You will determine the sales policy for a €12M business that is set to grow strongly over the next few years and will help ECOPHON Business Unit in each country to implement it.
Lead a sales network :
You will drive sales of the CLIPSO product family within the ECOPHON network present on all five continents.
To do this, you will be supported by the Business Unit Managers and a network of CLIPSO ambassadors. These are integrated into the country organization charts (so do not report directly to you), but are your main point of contacts.
You support local teams in the field to better understand customer expectations. You ensure that specifiers and sales teams have all the tools they need to develop sales (price lists, brochures, technical data sheets, samples).
You act as a facilitator between the field teams and the Vieux-Thann back office, ensuring that customers receive quotes and answers as quickly as possible.
You benchmark sales performance in all markets and identify best practices to share with others.
You manage the team in charge for training, whether it concerns ECOPHON sales representatives training or customers training, whether it concerns CLIPSO product training or how to install them.
CLIPSO Product Manager contact :
You are the voice of the customer in your exchanges with the CLIPSO Product Manager (located in Sweden within the ECOPHON Marketing team). You analyze market trends and communicate your findings.
You are the guarantor that the actions undertaken by the central teams (Technical, Marketing...) are aligned with the expectations and opportunities identified by the field.
Key Account Manager :
For certain countries or market segments, you take a Key Account Manager role.
Description du profil :
You have an advanced degree in sales and marketing higher, with a strong interest in high value added products and international business development.
With excellent interpersonal skills, your actions are constantly focused on customer satisfaction and margin development.
Your ability to collaborate will be one of the decisive criteria of our choice, as you will be working closely with the BU Managers, and will have to secure their buy-in as well as that of their teams.
You have a good analytical mind, and know how to use a high-performance CRM to improve efficiency.
Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
Position located in Mulhouse.
