What You'll Do :

Within the Creator group, we are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join the Creator ML team. In a nutshell, the Creator ML team applies Machine Learning to optimize all possible aspects of the construction and serving of our beautiful banners.

Your main missions :

• Design and deploy scalable and high-performance machine learning algorithms that power the critical components that fuel the generation of our advertisement creatives.
• Contribute to develop further our AI capabilities for creatives in Google's Privacy Sandbox proposals within CRITEO's creative ecosystem.
• Challenge the status quo of our dynamic creative optimization pipeline by leveraging more recent technologies like Deep Learning and Generative AI.
• Gather and analyze data, identify key prediction / classification problems and devise solutions.
• In a multi-cultural team of 5, collaborate closely with your mentor to drive your project, ensuring best practices are applied.
• Work with other engineering teams to develop long-term roadmaps, ML models, designs, and architectures to scale this infrastructure.
