As Cloud Infrastructure & Database Expert at IPSEN, you will contribute to the streamlined operations of Cloud infrastructures and Databases on Public Cloud to ensure IT service aligns with the business objectives of the organization.

This position’s principal goals are to apply advanced-level technical skills to support large business systems, help to define and coordinate the future evolutions and new features on public cloud platforms and around databases, also track service levels and implement necessary actions.

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to Cloud infrastructure design, database transformation & security projects.
• Coordinate major installations which may include solution upgrade, security and maintenance, product infrastructure support, change management, contribution to the problem management
• Responsible for maintaining Cloud platform & databases landscape fully operational and secure.
• Improve the database services.
• Ensure the supervision of main Ipsen outsourcing partner (TCS) to support cloud infrastructure & databases.
• Provide Support Level 3 expertise on Cloud infrastructure databases for our clients (Business, third party, outsourcer, Microsoft)
• Ensures that the "Corporate Guidelines" and "Good Practices" (GxP, SOPs, etc.) pertaining to the application solution are followed.
• Contribute to technical projects needed to leverage new cloud Databases & Infrastructure capabilities.
• Help with design of Databases / Azure migrations.

Experience / Qualifications

• University or IT Engineer school Graduation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Hybrid Infrastructure - including minimum 5 years’ experience on public cloud (AZURE & AWS required)
• Minimum 5 years in managing databases and infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years in Cloud data services
• Minimum 5 years in Outsourcing model
• Azure / AWS platform administrator
• MS SQL and Oracle dba skills (Open source is a plus)
• Knowledge in transformation to the cloud (DB, PaaS & IaaS)
• Good Experience in Oracle and Microsoft SQL, Open source,
• Good level in English (Writing & Speaking)
• Experience in Pharma industry is a plus.
