Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Senior Controller & Vendor Management, part of Program Management team in Leap ERP transformation program, focusing on managing the program's budget and overseeing relationships with vendors engaged in the project.
This position acts across the entire program, ensuring financial discipline, optimizing vendor performance, and safeguarding the value derived from vendor partnerships.
You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions :
Program Budget Management : Develop and maintain the program's budget, including forecasting costs, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
Implement controls and processes to manage budget allocations effectively across different streams of the Leap program
Vendor Relationship Oversight : Lead the management of vendors relationships, including contracts follow-up, monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs), and evaluation of vendor performance to ensure alignment with program objectives and delivery timelines
Financial Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to program leadership and stakeholders, offering insights into budget utilization, cost savings opportunities, and financial risks.
Risk Management : Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with vendor engagements and program budgeting, implementing strategies to address potential issues proactively.
Stakeholder Communication : Maintain effective communication with program stakeholders regarding budget status, vendor performance, and potential impact on program deliverables.
Ensure transparency and accountability in financial and vendor management practices.
Continuous Improvement : Regularly review and assess vendor management and budgeting processes for opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve vendor performance.

Master's degree in engineering or business school
Required 5 / 7 years of experience
Financial controlling expertise and experience, financial analysis and performance management
Budgeting and forecasting
Vendor management knowledge and interest
Experience across the group, and ideally on managing large projects
English is mandatory. French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
