Licensed Louvre Guide

We are seeking knowledgeable and experienced Licensed Guides to join our esteemed team and provide captivating tours of one of the world's most renowned museums.

As a licensed Louvre guide, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and passion for art and history with visitors from around the globe.

Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming Guests to the tour.

Informing Guests about the itinerary for this tour / setting expectations

Conducting check-in procedures using the provided check-in sheet to ensure guests are accounted for.

Planning itineraries in accordance with weather forecasts and the length of each tour.

Gathering and maintaining the appropriate use of requisite equipment (e.g Tickets, coordination kit, etc) for each tour.

Familiarizing yourself with the layout and history of the monument in which you will be working.

Familiarizing customers with the tour and the monument attractions.

Maintaining a professional demeanor and representing Wonder Meets and Tours with excellence.

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate will have the following :

• Official license or certification as a Louvre guide.
• Extensive knowledge of art history, particularly European art from various periods.
• Previous experience conducting guided tours, preferably within museum settings.
• EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
• Ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work with varying schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for art and cultural heritage preservation.
