Job Description

As a Senior Digital Art Director, your responsibilities will include :

• Defining and formalizing the graphic directions of digital projects, during the bidding phase and / or production phase
• Presenting creative directions, strategies, and mockups to clients in French and English
• Researching and envisioning creative avenues
• Understanding and enhancing a brand’s digital identity
• Designing and graphically enriching social media campaigns
• Defining (or adapting from existing ones) the project's graphic charter : visuals, colors, typography, animations, functionalities, and screen transitions
• Observing and analyzing trends across all creative fields
• Creating mockups
• Contributing to the development and evolution of design systems
• Participating in the creation of digital kits
• Contributing to social media content creation
• Overseeing the project until its launch to ensure its quality and graphic coherence
• Daily, contributing to the improvement of processes and tools within the design department.

Qualifications

• You have 5 to 8 years of experience as a Digital Art Director
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and are capable of presenting your ideas in front of clients
• You have an online portfolio
• You possess a strong visual, graphic, and interactive culture
• You must have proficiency in Figma and the Adobe suite
• You are skilled in using Design Systems on Figma
• You work with attention to detail
• You are proactive in proposing innovative and straightforward solutions for complex problems
• You are multidisciplinary, interested in all aspects of creative work
• You stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital media (animations, layouts, interactions, etc.)
• Proficiency in video editing, motion design, or animated prototyping (Premiere / After Effects / Figma) is a plus
