Your Role :

Our rapidly growing marketing department is seeking an experienced Marketing Designer with expertise in the Adult Entertainment, Online Dating, or Online Gambling sectors.

This crucial role will focus on developing engaging and effective marketing materials that enhance brand visibility and drive user interaction.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure all designs adhere to company strategies and industry-specific compliance standards.

Reporting to the CMO, this position is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in high-stakes projects and significantly boost our brand's market presence and appeal.

• Design and produce a wide range of high converting marketing materials, including print collateral, digital advertisements, promotional items, and event-specific materials.
• Iterate designs based on conversion data.
• Analyse competition and identify the key elements in marketing collateral that are likely to convert.
• Ensure all designs reinforce the brand identity and corporate messaging, adapting styles and graphics to meet specific campaign needs.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and product teams to develop coherent designs that reflect the promotional goals of the company.
• Incorporate feedback from team reviews and market responses to refine visuals and layouts, enhancing the effectiveness of marketing materials.
• Adhere to legal and ethical standards pertinent to the industries served, particularly in creating content that respects user privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Manage design timelines and deliverables, coordinating with external vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing materials stand out and convey messages effectively.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks on all collateral to ensure high standards are met in terms of design, grammar, and production.

Your Qualifications :

Must-haves :

• 3-10 years of graphic design experience, particularly in creating marketing collateral for Adult Entertainment, Online Dating, and Online Gambling.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating successful projects that specifically cater to the sensitivities and dynamics of the aforementioned industries.
• Ability to develop innovative designs that effectively convey complex messages in a simple, visually engaging manner.
• Experience in conceptualising and implementing campaign visuals that align with marketing strategies and business objectives.
• Knowledge of the regulatory landscape affecting the designated industries, applying this understanding to create compliant and ethical design solutions.
• Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).

• French-speaking (as our CTO and CMO speak French)
• Video editing skills to create video advertising content that converts

What Success Looks Like

In the first month you ll

• Create marketing collateral with the intent to convert traffic from traffic sources including but not limited to adult networks, mainstream social media, display networks.
• Review the conversion data of your marketing collateral, and iterate your designs to improve conversion.

In the first 3 months you ll

Find scale processes and methods to increase the efficiency in the design, iteration & feedback processes so to speed up the processes.

In the first 12 months you’ll
