Manufacturing Specialist
Key responsibilities
- Being a reference point for activity planning, troubleshooting, and problem solving (e.g. ensure that there is enough personnel to perform in plant activity and be available to support troubleshooting of operators)
- Being a reference point for materials and room organisation to ensure continuity of production activities (e.g. have a clear understanding of what material is needed prior starting a campaign and ensure it is available)
- Executing manufacturing activities according to cGMP guidelines (e.g. aseptic operation, shipments, autoclaving) and perform troubleshooting of process and equipment (e.
g. create malfunction reports)
- Cleaning of cell banking rooms and equipment to preserve cleanroom standard
- Being a reference point for training of in plant activities and equipment (e.g. support newcomers and external in the gowning procedure)
Key requirements :
- Working experience in Pharma and GMP knowledge
- Proven knowledge of working in cleanroom environment or cell culture aseptic work
- Fluent in English and French is a plus.
- Strong team oriented with good communication skills
- Structured, focused, well organised, flexible, and independent. Capable to work with low supervision
