Product Owner IAM-infrastructure
The role is equally split with responsibilities Product Owner and Project Manager :
Activities as Agile Product Owner of IAM Product Team :
- Work in close relation with the Business Owner of the IAM-Infrastructure product Team, who is in CISO team and based in Amsterdam, and who will provide initiatives from CISO.
- Work in close relation with the Project Managers of the Move To Cloud program, in order to collect their needs.
- Understand and collect all initiatives and needs, refine them into EPICS and Users Stories; together with the Business owner and the Product Team, evaluate the business value and the priorities
- Prepare the presentations for the quarterly PI planning events together with the Business Owner and participate actively to these events.
- Work with the Scrum Master of the product Team in order to have the backload detailed, consistent and followed.
- Participate to the Security Product Owners network animated.
Activities as a Project Manager of the IDaaS project :
- Work in close cooperation with the Business Owner who is also the program manager on IDaaS.
- Organize the project team on ops side together with the IAM CC manager.
- Define with the BO the different tasks to be performed, the dependencies, the roles and responsibilities, define a planning.
- Follow the budget, and make the corrective actions if necessary.
- Evaluate the risks, the impediments, remediate them.
- Organize the work with the other teams involved in order to reach the deadlines
- Communicate the progress, risks, impediments to the IAM CC manager.
- Prepare with the BO the reporting on the progress of the project to the steering committee.
