EcoDesign is our leading product in our decarbonation and sustainability portfolio. Thanks to this product our clients can eco-score their products based on their BOM (Bill of Materials).

This product is perfectly aligned with the huge market expectations regarding the mandatory ecological transition which imply to manage a quick ramp-up of our team.

The development teams will be in France (Sophia Antipolis) and in Romania (Bucarest). Current team size is about 20 FTE and has double in the last 6 months.

This growth requires now to upgrade the standard of quality of the product for reaching the industrialized maturity step.

We are seeking product quality officer that could manage industrialization and quality target . You will have a functional management on the whole dev and support team for ensuring the good understanding and implementation of the quality.

You will have to :

• Review quality objectives for answering to our SLA and client needs
• Define quality test campaign
• Set up tests' automation (using Katalon - a SaaS Selenium based tool- integrated with Octoperf - a SaaS Jmeter based tool)
• Define, collect and monitor quality KPIs - Write specifications and contribute to the knowledge sharing (in our Confluence space)
• Eventually manage future test resources (internship position opened or Romania dev) We are delivering the product in an agile methodology (SCRUM) and we are using JIRA and Confluence for managing our backlog and sharing knowledge.

Hard skills Advanced knowledge on testing REQB or equivalent certification in requirement management Test automation on web application (UI & API)

Soft skills Rigor and being structured Fluent in English & French Curious on technologies and business Agile and entrepreneurial mindset
