L’Oréal IT Europe : We provide the IT backbone for + L’Oréal commercial subsidiaries serving retailers and consumers on the European continent.

A dynamic and fast-paced team, it is headquartered in Levallois, France with team members in many countries.

As an IT team, L’Oréal employees are our customers and we strive to offer them a best in class experience. In the Data team, you will need to show a passion for data and analytics and the technical skills to match, to quickly become a go-to advisor and partner for our business including managers and sponsors.

And finally you will need to collaborate with our team and others : Security, Architecture, Digital, Infrastructure, etc., and mentor newcomers.

The data delivery team is people strong and at the heart of the Beauty Tech transformation of the group. We are all Agile Delivery Managers and work on many processes : Marketing, Sales, Supply, Demand, Customer Care.

Highlights include our successful Supply Advanced Analytics suite of products, the Neo ERP transformation in which we take our full part, and sell-out.

We are a dynamic and multicultural team and we live and breathe Agile.

What a day in the life of a Agile Delivery Manager looks like :

As an ADM, you will fulfill the role of a Scrum master

• Remove obstacles to the delivery
• Ensure process is followed
• Measure and optimise speed of delivery

But also go beyond to meet the reality of L’Oréal

• Understand the product requirements inside and out, translate into technical requirements for the data engineers, guide the product owner in their specification & priorisation activity
• Be sensitive to budget
• Ensure that proper testing and UAT has been performed
• Communicate around the product and be its representative towards stakeholders at every level of the organization
• Integrate with the wider IT landscape and processes
