WHATYOU WILL BE DOINGWe are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance and Administration Managerto oversee financial activities in the Eastern Europe zone, including our entities in Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Republika Srpska, Turkey, and contribute to its development in Uzbekistan and other countriesAs part of the Eastern Europe management team under the direction of the Regional Director and the International Finance Director, the expected contribution includes process improvement, entity structuring, and overall entity performanceBased in Belgrade, you will play an active role in the day-to-day activities of engineering projectsYou will participate in cost assessments and tender committees, including the identification of risksYou will BE responsible for the financial monitoring of the zone and all its permanent establishments : - Monthly reporting and KPIs.

3 subsidiaries + 3 branches)- Quarterly closings oversight (provisions, WIP, analysis, and landing)- Supervision of project financial monitoring (initial budgets vs offer budget, margin at completion, risks, and opportunities)- Monitoring of current permanent establishments (financial statements analysis, result, etc) + taking charge of consolidation or creation of new perimeters- Delivering financial and operational analyses (performance KPIs, etc.

Internal control and consolidation of administrative and financial processes (purchasing circuit, banking power, operational processes, etc.

Legal secretariat for the entities concerned, if necessary with aHQ Legal relationship (general meetings, minutes, etc.

Supervision of the zone's finance teams and external accounting firms- Follow-up on any tax audits in the region- Collaboration with operational teams and cross-functional HR, tax, and legal departmentsYou will also manage 2 others financial controllers on siteWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have aMaster's degree in Finance.

You have5 years experience, particularly in financial control oflong-term international projectsYou have preferably worked in the environment, engineering, construction, public works or industry sectorswith a project dimension.
