A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced professional to join our team as the Deputy Head of Project Management.

In collaboration with the Head of Project Management, you will lead a section of the Turnkey Grid Solution project portfolio in a cross-country and intercultural environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with the Head of Project Management to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with established guidelines and targets.
• Lead and manage a diverse team of project management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Achieve project execution targets relating to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), revenue, profit, quality, project timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and multicultural work environment, promoting intercultural understanding and cooperation within the team.
• Develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and providing opportunities for professional growth.
• Drive process improvements and implement strategic changes to enhance execution effectiveness and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• As an enthusiastic leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your team and drive process improvements to ensure the highest execution effectiveness.

What You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification will be a plus.
• Min 10 years of proven experience in a project management role, preferably in a leadership position.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading diverse teams.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Fluent in English, additional language skills would be a plus.
