The time is now.Who you will work with - Business Infrastructure ServicesThe mission of Business Infrastructure Services, part of Infrastructure & Onsite Services (IOS), is to develop and govern the IT services within the Digital Workplace, Digital Identity, and Core Infrastructure areas, while ensuring their delivery and effective usage throughout the entire Volvo Group.

As many of these services are delivered by partners, the mission will focus on governing and controlling these partners, as well as managing the remaining IT infrastructure delivery teams in Volvo.

In this role you will have the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally while being a key part of a highly skilled and experienced team responsible for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) services at Volvo Group, and will BE accountable for the strategy, development, and operations of several of those services.

You will BE reporting to the Manager of Digital Identity Service Management and work in close collaboration with our partners, application delivery teams within Group Digital & IT, and business stakeholders in a multicultural and global environment.

Role mission & contextVolvo Group IT has a strategic goal to strengthen the Identity and Access Management area, with focus on providing more modern solutions to our users and Application Development teams, increasing IT security, and standardizing on common, off-the-shelf platforms.

Your mission is to ensure that the services within your portfolio are developed according to Volvo Group's IT strategy and target architecture and delivered and operated according to contracted supplier obligations.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of the services in your scope of work.- Set the strategic direction, long-term plan, and roadmap for your services.

• Accountable for development, innovation, and automation of your services, being sponsor and chairman of projects steering committees.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and manage collaboration between Volvo and suppliers.- Coach, guide and support consumers of your services at Volvo Group in adoption.
• BE a subject matter expert in interaction towards Volvo, suppliers, and other stakeholders.- Oversee management of service incidents & problems with the supplier, notably handling of related escalations.
• Follow up on SLAs and report quality.- Drive continuous improvement of the services delivered by the supplier(s).- Financial, contractual, and commercial management of services.
• Forecast, budget, and follow-up on volumes and total operational costs.- Participate in negotiations with suppliers about new / modified services and related terms and conditions.
• Secure compliance of services with corporate standards, directives, and architectural principles.General Skills Required- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, executives, and teams in a multicultural and global environment.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for technology and the ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.- Ability to meet deadlines and goals without direct, day-to-day supervision.
• Ability to work in an international team with colleagues that have diverse cultural backgrounds.- Very strong competence and long experience from the end user services and cybersecurity areas, specifically within Identity and Access Management- Experience in managing relationship and negotiations with IT supplier(s)We value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
