Have you got a strong experience in sales of eCommerce solutions (ideally eInvoicing)? Are you a good leader who is able to gain a trust of people within your team, motivate them and help them to be successful?

Are you fluent in French and English? Great! Please read on as we have a great role for you You could join our clients rapidly growing SaaS software company which operates on a global scale.

As a Country Sales Manager you will oversee all sales activities within France, manage a team of sales representatives and ensure that revenue targets are met.

You will act on the sales strategies to expand market share, build relationships with key clients, and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. As part of the European team you work closely with our international teams in the Netherlands, France and Germany.

Your tasks will include : Development of the Supply Chain and E-Invoicing business in France Being responsible for ARR growth targets in France Developing effective sales strategies to promote growth within France Reading and understanding financial data and reporting Agreeing ARR targets and produce a detailed annual sales operating plan Managing and reporting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for ARR growth Producing sales performance reports (monthly / quarterly / yearly) Managing sales team, including performance monitoring, mentoring and training Occasionally traveling to Breukelen in the Netherlands To be a good fit for the Country Sales Manager role you will have : Previous experience as a People manager Experience in working in international organizations Experience in Supply Chain and / or E-Invoicing in France (southern Europe) Strong commercial background with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills proven record of managing sales teams to achieve sales targets Ability to communicate effectively Excellent networking skills Presenting skills Analytical skills Influencing skills Fluent English and French Reasons to join : Work in a collaborative environment with strong ambitions and goals Help evolve the company Global environment in an expanding team Option of remote work Base Salary and Commission Sounds interesting?
