The role you could fill :
Under the direction of the Marketing and Communication Director, your main goal will be :
- to optimize the B2B customer experience at each stage of the customer journey and co-construction with the company's teams by developing an integrated strategy across all channels (digital, events, communication, etc.).
- to promote a memorable and immersive B2B experience and to contribute to shaping and communicating our vision and mission.
Key responsabilities include but are not limited to :
- B2B Communication Strategy : participate in designing a targeted experiential communication strategy. Develop a consistent, distinctive, and impactful brand presentation across all communication channels.
- B2B Client Experience Management : Analyze the B2B customer journey to identify friction points and implement innovative solutions that enrich the client experience at every interaction.
- Digitalization and Personalization : Lead digital initiatives to improve client interaction by integrating personalization and analytical tools for a tailored experience.
- B2B Events / experiences : Design and execute targeted events that enhance the brand and strengthen relationships with our professional clientele.
Lead the launch of new products and services : fair, roadshow, exclusive experiences, tests-drive
- Use analytical tools to measure the impact of our strategies and adjust based on client feedback. Keep track of market trends, study consumer markets, and competitors' activities.
- Budget management. Agency Collaboration and Management.
Frequent travel to Lyon and across Europe.
What you bring :
Experience : At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with / or expertise in client experience management, events, and the development of multi-channel communication strategies.
Experience in the premium automotive sector is highly appreciated.
Skills : knowledge of B2B market challenges, advanced skills in client data analysis, and the ability to innovate and personalize the client experience.
Knowledge of CRM systems is an asset. Professional proficiency in French and English required. An additional language is a plus.
Qualities : Excellent communication skills, autonomy, the ability to work synergistically with diverse teams, creativity, results-oriented, leadership, teaching ability, a strong sense of the customer, and analytical and synthetic thinking.

To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis will receive initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector.
We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months.
We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn.
