Alongside Geoffrey, our HR manager, Marta, our office manager, Mélissa, our People Ops and Hari, our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll delve into supporting 160 colleagues on a daily basis and contribute to the company's growth!
What will I be doing?
Mastering the administration of various HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, etc.).
Increasing confidence in handling simple to complex employee inquiries (absences, professional challenges, negotiated terminations, etc.).
Providing support in managing the HR information system (liaising with vendors, database management, assistance with payroll processing, etc.).
Elevating involvement in cross-functional projects spanning different areas of the company (job and career path management, implementing one or more components of a new HRIS, etc.).
Conducting HR analytics to gauge HR activity (analyzing monthly key metrics by department, tracking HR OKRs, etc.).
Assisting the HR manager responsible for labor relations (negotiating agendas, preparing meetings and drafting minutes, facilitating information-sharing sessions).
What do I need from you?
Three key points :
Currently finishing a Master's degree in Human Resources, slated for completion next year.
Enthusiastic about delving into the daily life of an HR professional within a growing scale-up.
Keen to contribute across diverse areas, including training, social relations, and Talent Management.
