Location: Athens, Greece Type: Full-time (40h/week) Start Date: October 2025 Turn Your Passion for Travel into a Career Under the Greek Sun! We're looking for a fluent French speaker with a passion for travel and customer service to join our dynamic team in Athens. This isn't just a job it's an opportunity to grow your career in the travel industry while living in one of the most captivating destinations. Whether you're helping travelers create unforgettable experiences or exploring Greece on your days off, this role offers the perfect balance of professional growth and personal adventure. Your Key Responsibilities: As the go-to expert for our French-speaking travelers, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their journey. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Conducting research to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring every interaction ends with a smile. Sharing your knowledge of travel products and services to help customers create memorable experiences. What You Bring to the Role: Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken). At least 6 months of customer service experience (travel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory). A high school diploma or equivalent. Comfort using computers and navigating digital tools.
