You will be joining Sephora’s Central Supply Chain department. Within a dynamic team, you will be actively involved in the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process. You will be responsible for ensuring the company’s strategy and commercial vision are reflected through high-quality sales forecasting, taking into account input from all key stakeholders (Commercial, Finance, Marketing).
This position is based in Saran (close to Orléans), and is a maternity leave replacement.

Forecasting & Data Analysis
Establish and adjust weekly sales forecasts by analyzing factors influencing sales (events, economic context, .
Ensure forecasts remain consistent with sales trends and seasonality.
Analyze forecast accuracy and identify influencing factors in order to optimize sales forecasting models and methods.
Validate the relevance of historical data in the system and document exceptional sales occurrences.
Develop strategies for managing forecasts of products being phased out or overstocked.
