Learning & Talent Development Manager

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to work alongside our P&C team.

Key Accountabilities :

We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to join the People & Culture Department, who will be responsible for developing and facilitating training programs within the company.

• Define, implement, and oversee the Skills Development Plan in collaboration with managers.
• Monitor training KPIs and prepare reports for HR, senior management, and the Group.
• Facilitate onboarding programs and internal training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and Group standards.
• Contribute to the social report and HR training reports.
• Coordinate the Group’s Talent and Leadership programs (MIT, CMT, EMP, Cross Exposure).
• Support employees in their professional development and career advancement plans.
• Oversee annual performance review and development campaigns.
• Design and facilitate training sessions and managerial development programs.
• Develop the network of internal trainers and foster a culture of learning.
• Coordinate training related to service excellence and Palace standards.
• Supervise and support the Training Coordinator.
