Position Description: You're joining CGI, a global leader in consulting and digital services in Lyon, and you're integrating into the General Services Department.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Technical maintenance:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on equipment (electricity, HVAC, plumbing, small works).
• Diagnose breakdowns and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Ensure the re-commissioning of installations within the allotted time.
• Control equipment compliance and guarantee installation safety.

Administrative management:

• Fill in intervention reports in our monitoring tool
• Update safety registers and technical files.
• Monitor material orders, receive and verify deliveries.
• Participate in the management of maintenance contracts (planning, monitoring of service providers, archiving of reports).
• Prepare regular reports for the site manager.

Coordination:

• Welcome and support external service providers during their interventions.
• Communicate with internal teams to plan interventions and limit the impact on activity.
• Report needs, anomalies or possible improvements to the manager.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You have a Bac Pro or a BTS in maintenance, electronics or equivalent and have initial experience in multi-site coordination and maintenance. Your skills are as follows:

• Solid knowledge in electricity, HVAC, plumbing or multi-services.
• Essential knowledge of office tools.
• Reading of plans and technical diagrams.
• Mastery of a CMMS tool (desired).
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory procedures.
• Ease in writing reports and documentary monitoring.

The position also requires:

• Sense of service and good communication.
• Autonomy, responsiveness and ability to prioritize.
• Team spirit and reliability.
• Organization and rigor in file management.

Conditions

• Position based on site (or itinerant as needed).
• Day schedules, on-call duty possible depending on organization.
• Driving license B appreciated if traveling.
