DIGITAL MARKETING SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a Digital marketing senior project manager to work internally for our client : Clarins. ️ ️
As part of the international digital team, he / she will support the Digital Marketing Manager in the acceleration of the strategy and implementation of the main pillars of the animation team (SEO, brand experience and service acceleration).
He / she will lead online transformation projects (new look & feel for clarins.com look & feel, ...) thanks to a user-centric vision and digital expertise (in collaboration with the UX / UI team) and analytics (in collaboration with the Engagement team).
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ACCELERATE ON IDENTIFIED STRATEGIC DIGITAL PROJECTS :
1 / ACCELERATE ONLINE SERVICES STRATEGY
- Reinforce our skin expertise by offering the most innovative online services to our visitors
- Improve the visitors experience through their journey thanks to our services to guide them in their conversion path.
- Give visibility to our online services by implementing improvements on different website touchpoints, pages.
- Optimize the Virtual try-on by adding the look functionality.
- Coordinate the NEW skin diagnosis deployment options to replace the current beauty consultation.
2 / PROVIDE WITH BRAND VISIBILITY ON CLARINS.COM
- Accompany the local markets to implement TRUST platform and the herbarium
- Give visibility to our brand values and commitments by developing specific online experiences, campaigns and activations.
- Permanently update brand sections and pages to transmit our DNA.
3 / LEAD CLARINS.COM CATALOG
- Optimize the online content to be aligned with the customer expectations such as PDP description rework
- Deploy the educational visuals on all PDPs
- Coordinate the description text translation and upload on SFCC Follow technical aspects to make sure the implementation on clarins.com is successful.
4 / DEFINE & LEAD BRAND SEO STRATEGY
- Define and implement a consistent SEO content strategy to optimize customer journey while keeping in mind the main KPIs.
- Develop the editorial hub platform strategy and deployment to accelerate on personalized content for logged in visitors.
- Identify SEO topics to support the animation plan and brand territories (including brand and generic keywords) and detect relevant opportunities.
- Provide the countries with recommendations to adapt to their local relevancy.
- Explore content creation possibilities with artificial intelligence and deep dive into the different tools available.
SUPPORT THE DIGITAL STRATEGY’S TRANSFORMATION
- Generate insights using data from website and 3rd party solutions (in collaboration with the CRO team) to identify opportunities to increase conversion and UX path
- Consolidate benchmark and Best Practices of international digital trends to nourish the brand strategy.
- Develop or improve internal methods to drive more efficiency
- Lead workshops with other departments to improve processes
- Identify & develop new enriched experience opportunities
SUPPORT E-RETAIL TEAM IN THEIR CONTENT STRATEGY
Create e-retail content guidelines and recommendations for regions and countries to maintain brand consistency on all online touchpoints.
Profile :
- Background - Master of Digital Marketing or Ecommerce -
- Over 5 years of experience in digital required (excluding internships and work study programs)
- E-retailers and SEO expertise
