We are currently looking for a Hospital Representative to join the Regeneron team in charge of setting up the French Immunology entity and ensuring the development of sales.

Entrepreneurial, team-oriented and collaborative, you will be responsible for several customer engagement activities, such as meetings with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and representing Regeneron Immunology at major meetings.

You will be responsible for developing Regeneron's growth while respecting the proper use of medicines.

JOB DUTIES :

Promotional activities in the field

  • Establishing and managing quality relationships with HCPs, by ensuring that scientific knowledge of the product and its brand indication is constantly updated, and by executing medical-marketing plans.
  • Ensuring that the brand's objectives are met by communicating key messages to HCPs, in line with good practice.
  • Acting as a manager in the territory to ensure growth, by ensuring professional planning and management of all key accounts and by applying a professional approach to the targeting and segmentation in line with regional / country guidelines.
  • Developing and implementing, in line with the strategy of the Alliance, a sector plan based on key data and the development of assiduous knowledge of the local market.
  • Working closely with other members of the regional team and our business partner in France to develop programs, activities and partnerships to meet the needs of HCPs.
  • Representing Regeneron Immunology at regional / national / international meetings / congresses as required, in line with the global brand plan.
  • Reporting results and developments proactively and transparently to the management team in France.

Key performance objectives :

  • Ensuring quality interactions with customers and demonstrate a constant ability to guide and support them in optimizing clinical practice.
  • Manage multiple channels to optimize customer engagement (e.g. F2F, remote calls, approved e-mails, digital communication platforms, etc.).
  • Meet the key performance indicators defined in the medical-marketing-sales plan, including your sector's account and growth targets.
  • Produce reports and files in accordance with Regeneron's business processes and deadlines.
  • Scrupulously respect industry and company procedures, as well as applicable regulations.

Minimal educational requirements :

  • Minimum five (5) years experience as a pharmaceutical medical representative.
  • Experience of medical representative as part of an alliance (desirable)
