Senior Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities :
- Interact on a daily basis with the manufacturing teams, participate in the training of new recruits, play an expert role in the choice of fabrication process and methods.
- Analyse any faults or process problems, propose and carry out optimisations in the manufacturing method, validate them and then ensure that they are effectively implemented in the projects.
- Master the operation of equipment to provide support and technical expertise in the event of breakdowns or malfunctions, or during the development of new recipes.
- Propose improvements to the equipment pool, define new requirements and specifications, and monitor the implementation of new structures.
Requirements :
- Masters Degree or PhD in relevant field
- At least 10 years experience (PhD inclusive) in the field of clean-room manufacturing of optoelectronic semiconductor components : lithography methods, photoresists, dielectric deposition, dry etching (ICP, RIE) and chemical etching, metal deposition, plasmas etc.
- Strong commitment, willingness and eagerness to find effective and pragmatic solutions.
- Fluency in English and French
