As a technical professional for repair quality guarantee, you should :
- Provide accurate and efficient technical solutions for consumers, including failure diagnosis, repair solutions, professional repair, and quality inspection, and follow the WARM service procedure to answer consumers' questions;
- Fulfill Huawei's commitments on service attitude, efficiency, and quality, and consolidate consumers' trust in Huawei;
Main Responsibilities :
- 1. Use Huawei's diagnosis tools and your professional analysis to quickly and accurately locate product failures;
- 2. Offer professional repair solutions according to diagnosis results and acquire consent from users;
- 3. Stand in users' shoes and explain circumstances when users are dissatisfied with the warranty check to win users' understanding;
- 4. Solve product failures within the expected time according to Huawei's standard procedure so that users' devices can be recovered as soon as quickly;
- 5. Use Final Test tools and professional analysis to perform comprehensive inspection and ensure device failures are completely solved;
- 6. Learn about Huawei's latest product features to answer consumers' questions about product use;
- 7. Maintain devices, tools and repair environment according to Huawei's repair standard;
Requirements : Experience :
Experience :
- Must be familiar with after-sales service and repair knowledge for electronic products and have repair certificates.
- Must be capable of locating failures quickly and accurately and providing solutions.
- Applicants with working experience in the mobile phone after-sales service sector are preferred.
