Site Infrastructure Manager

Your key responsibilities :
As a Site Infrastructure Manager you will be responsible for supporting the operational infrastructure and building capabilities for all business units in Toulouse and be the custodian of the IT Infrastructure on the ground.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Ensure that local teams and vendors deliver maintenance, troubleshooting and service delivery according to JPOD standards
Act as an interface between local service requests and the global horizontal delivery teams
Provide consolidated feedback about IT Infrastructure services to the horizontal delivery teams
Support and ensure compliance with defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices
IT Service Management Practices (ITIL Foundation Certification, GxP Knowledge)
Systems Integration & Build (Dev-Ops mindset and full solution lifecycle understanding from idea to retirement)
Hands-on experience in managing local business requirements and solving issues on site
Customer and service-first attitude
What you’ll bring to the role :
Higher education in a technical degree (HTL), University degree in Computer Science or comparable education
5 years of IT experience in operations and system management, preferably close to manufacturing processes
More than 5 years of experience in Service Management or Engineering of a local IT infrastructure portfolio across multiple business areas, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry
Fluent English (written and spoken)
