Rôles et responsabilités
The business coordinator is in charge of developing the business and the client network in different areas :
- Oil & Gas industry within Bourbon’ playground (i.e. west Africa and middle east mainly)
- Commercial harbors
He will also manage partnerships.
He is in charge of preparing and delivering commercial proposals relying on Hydrauserv technical expertise, and negotiate the T&C before contract signature, ensuring they comply with Bourbon’s standards, in the following main activities :
a) for contractors
- electro-hydraulic equipment maintenance engineering (improve maintenance schedule, produce user manuals, define maintenance tasks, spare parts lists, etc )
- electro-hydraulic equipment planned maintenance periods preparation and follow-up
b) for oil companies
- lifting equipment survey / wire rope integrity control
- engineering and supervision of electro-hydraulic equipment refit
Profil
Business growth : in line with business plan (turnover, margin)
Recommend resources adjustments as required (seeking new partnerships when relevant)
KPIs :
- offers / contracts ratio
- of TO growth
- increase of contacts in CRM
- follow-up of client satisfaction
- steady increase of social network followers
Elaborate market studies / marketing plan.
Identify and follow competitors and their segmentation
Identify additional activities to develop Hydrauserv
Identify ad hoc international events to which participate
COMPETENCES
Technical :
Hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, at a sufficient level to ensure a proper follow-up of a tender and project.
Management :
Experienced in teams management. Mastering budget processes, and knowledge in finance allowing the production of cash-flow forecasts and business plans
Commercial :
Ability to set-up and maintain a network of clients, suppliers, makers,
Ability to open new markets
Sensing opportunities
Negotiation competencies
Target minded
Software :
Fluent Excel / Word / Powerpoint and knowledge of MS project
