Location : La Défense, Paris
Salary : Up to €45,000 per year + salaried bonus + company benefits
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Operations Controller to join our clients Engineering and Operations department.
As a critical team member, you will oversee real-time monitoring of their wind and solar farms, ensuring compliance with intervention protocols and tracking key performance indicators across our clients production sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor wind and solar plants across Europe, addressing alarms and malfunctions promptly
- Coordinate on-site interventions and communication with network managers
- Optimise intervention programs considering wind forecasts, market prices, and operational constraints
- Diagnose technical issues, breakdowns and grid failures
- Ensure compliance with protocols, safety regulations and access authorisations
- Track performance indicators and report on power curves, temperature and key operational metrics
- Provide technical support using various Scada solutions
- Contribute to process optimisation and tool development, including programming and data analytics (development of Python codes for example)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers for seamless operations
- Main contact within the department for support on our clients second layer SCADA web platform
- Participate to on-call duty during the week-end and company bank holiday days
Your Experience
- Engineering school or Master's degree in renewable projects, data science, or related academic backgrounds (e.g., Physics, Mechanics)
- Minimum of 2-years of work experience in renewables, supervision or monitoring centres
- Excellent team player with strong team spirit and goal-oriented mindset
- Dynamic individual with the ability to motivate and influence positively
- Quick learner and adept problem solver
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analytics, programming, and advanced computer skills
- Interest in discovering and implementing new tools for operational enhancement
- Good level of English proficiency
