Location : Paris, France Reports to : Cloud Architect Visa Requirements : Valid working visa for France Language Requirements : Professional French and English, written and verbal Work Arrangement : Hybrid
As our new Microsoft 365 Adoption Consultant you will be leading the pre-sales stage and understanding the client’s technology landscape, while scoping and designing the technical and commercial requirements of the solution.
At the same time, you will design the delivery road-map and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Develop and implement change management strategies, to facilitate the seamless adoption of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools
- Collaborate with customers to fully understand their needs and customise the change management approach to match their requirements
- Provide comprehensive training and coaching sessions to help users effectively utilise Microsoft 365 collaborative tools
- Continuously monitor and provide reports on the progress of the change management initiative, while identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools
Your Competencies :
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in consulting , ideally gained from a consulting firm
- 2+ years of proven experience, working with O365
- Demonstrated experience in change management , particularly in driving technology adoption initiatives
- Extensive comprehension of Microsoft 365 collaborative tools and their capabilities

- Exceptional communication skills, harmonised with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , combined with a deep expertise in identifying and addressing challenges in a timely manner
- Comprehensive understanding of customer’s needs, blended with the ability to provide tailored recommendations that align with their requirements and expectations
