Senior Project Engineer

As aProject Manager for large capital expenditure industrial projects, you will beresponsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completionof complex industrial projects involving substantial investments.

You will workclosely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction,and other stakeholders, to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery ofprojects while meeting the IPS quality- and safety standards.

ProjectPlanning and Strategy :

oDefineproject objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

oDevelopcomprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structure, resourceallocation, and project scheduling.

oFormulateproject strategies, risk management plans, and contingency measures.

oDefineand organize internal staff planning

Project Execution and Monitoring :

oCoordinateproject activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budget.

oManageand lead project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation.

oMonitorproject progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions asneeded.

oConductregular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicateupdates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management :

oCollaborate withinternal and external stakeholders to establish clear project communicationchannels.

oFacilitateeffective communication and manage expectations among team members,contractors, vendors, and clients.

oResolve conflictsand address issues arising during the project lifecycle.

oEnsure alignmentof project objectives with stakeholders' needs and requirements.

Budgeting and Cost Control :

oDevelop projectbudgets, considering resource requirements, procurement, and contingencyplanning.

oMonitor projectexpenses, track costs, and implement measures to control and optimizeexpenditures.

oReview andapprove invoices, change orders, and payment requests in accordance withproject guidelines.

oOverlooking theprofitability of Group IPS within the project and organize required scopechanges.

Quality Assurance and SafetyCompliance :

oEstablish qualitystandards, inspection procedures, and quality control measures.

oMonitor projectdeliverables to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

oImplement andenforce safety policies, conduct safety audits, and promote a culture of safetyamong team members.

Requirements

¢Bachelor's degree in engineering, constructionmanagement, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

¢Proven experience as a Project Manager, specificallyoverseeing large CAPEX industrial projects.

¢Strong understanding of project managementmethodologies, tools, and techniques.

¢Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonalskills.

¢Sound knowledge of engineering principles,construction practices, and industrial standards.

¢Extreme flexible for travelling within Europe

¢Ability to manage multiple sub-projectssimultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

¢Proficient in project management software and tools.

¢Familiarity with regulatory requirements and permitsrelated to industrial projects.

¢Certification in project management PMP) isdesirable.
