Description du Poste :

Êtes-vous un acheteur passionné avec un œil attentif aux détails ? Aimez-vous fournir des retours et influencer l'expérience client ? Si oui, Helion Research a l'opportunité parfaite pour vous ! Nous recherchons des mystery shoppers enthousiastes et fiables pour rejoindre notre réseau en France . En tant que mystery shopper, vous visiterez des magasins, des restaurants et divers prestataires de services de manière anonyme pour évaluer leurs performances et fournir des retours détaillés.

Responsabilités Principales :

Réaliser des missions de mystery shopping dans divers lieux ou en ligne.
Évaluer le service client, la qualité des produits, la propreté et d'autres aspects du service.
Soumettre des rapports détaillés et précis basés sur vos observations.
Suivre des directives et des instructions spécifiques pour chaque mission.

Une expérience préalable en tant que mystery shopper est un atout mais n'est pas nécessaire.
