For this position, ZTE France SASU is looking for Chinese-speaking candidates to join our office in Boulogne-Billancourt (Paris) for an internship.
The successful intern will join a dynamic Finance team and learn about corporate finance and accounting through a hands-on job.
Main Responsibilities
- Invoice processing : You will learn how to make sure that the invoices and expense notes received are correct, and how to code them in our accounting system.
- Payment processes : You will coordinate the payment process for the invoices and expense notes with shared services located in our headquarters in China and with other colleagues from the French office.
You will coordinate with different departments to make sure that the invoices and expense notes are properly approved and validated by corresponding managers and that the payment is made on time.
- Tax preparation : You will learn about different taxes and help process them correctly. This includes VATT, CFE, CVAE, CIT, etc.
- General administration : You will help the Finance Department with some administrative tasks to maintain the operations of the department at a high standard.
Qualifications
- You are currently a student of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
- You are located in the Paris region and commuting to the office in Boulogne will not be a problem
- You are fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) and communicative in English and ideally in French
- You feel comfortable with numbers
- You know how to use basic computer software and office programs
- You are available for a full-time 6-month internship starting in Oct 2024
- A previous experience in a similar or administrative role (internship or student job) would be a plus
